E14 falls within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets north of the River Thames and comprises Poplar, Limehouse, Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs and parts of London Docklands

The E14 skyline is dominated by Canary Wharf Canada Square and other imposing commercial and residential towers, some of Europe’s tallest buildings are here. The former is an excellent location for shopping with the five malls providing over 300 shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. There are many luxurious and British brands, plus designer boutiques and smaller independent shops.

Property styles and prices in E14 are very diverse, ranging from low end ex-local authority housing to luxury tower penthouses costing several million pounds.

For open and green spaces, one could sample Mudchute Park & Farm, found in the heart of the Isle of Dogs, there are 32 acres of inner-city countryside with amazing London views. The park is home to one of the biggest inner-city farms in Europe and has more than 100 animals.

E14 or more specifically the Isle of Dogs is linked to Greenwich by the foot-tunnel you arise at Cutty Sark and can explore the maritime history connected to the area.

Commuters will enjoy the excellent transport links with the DLR providing services all over E14 and to The City and Greenwich. Canary Wharf is also served by the Jubilee line connecting the Docklands O2 and once completed will be served by The Elizabeth line.

These new Crossrail trains will connect to Central London, Heathrow, the West End, plus many more with faster trains. There are mainline rail options at Limehouse, plus numerous buses and cycle routes throughout E14.
