Alex Neil were founded over 30 years ago and have accumulated an excellent reputation as E16 Estate Agents, providing residential sales and lettings services.
E16 mostly covers the areas of North Woolwich, Newham
, ExCeL London, London City Airport and the Royal Docks
A notable place of interest is the ExCeL London which is an international convention and exhibitions centre. It has hosted events for the Paralympics and Olympics, and there are constantly new events taking place. It is served by Prince Regent and Custom House DLR stations. The latter of which will have the new Elizabeth line station, as part of the Crossrail
project, which will provide new transport links and slash journey times.
E16 is served well by DLR stations and additionally there are plenty of bus routes, a free ferry service from North Woolwich
running every 5 to 15 minutes, and London City Airport for international travel. For the nearest tube station Canning Town is served by the Jubilee line.
There are plenty of bars, restaurants and attractions in E16. Between the Royal Docks and the Greenwich Peninsula there is an Emirates Air Line cable car link which offers incredible views of London. There is also the Crystal exhibition which showcases global issues and trends, with the urban planning exhibition presenting visitors with a concept of how cities might look like in over 30 years’ time.
The many schools offer primary and secondary, special schools, religious schools and grammar schools. Ofsted ratings have been generally positive with many schools attaining ‘good’ and ‘outstanding’ scores.
Good transport links and plenty to do makes E16 a highly sought place to live. If you’re looking to find out the value of your home, to purchase, to sell or to rent a property then our highly motivated teams would love to help.
