Wider range of services resumed offices open

Members of our teams have been available throughout the response to the Coronavirus pandemic. And this week we have taken the next step by resuming a wider range of services from our offices in Canary Wharf & Docklands, South East London & Kent and East London & Essex.

On the 13th May, Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick’s announced that anyone in England could reignite or commence plans to move home. Estate agents were also encouraged to re-open their offices in accordance with published guidance for social distancing measures.

Security Deposit 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the landlord’s financial losses

Late payment of rent Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue
