Renting a property can be an exciting proposition and our knowledgeable lettings staff endeavour to make the journey a smooth experience, from finding your ideal home to collecting your keys on move in day.

Our website coupled with online search portals have simplified the process of finding property to view and furthermore once you have registered your requirements with us, you will receive matched selections of properties via email, SMS and regular telephone updates. Desirable properties create plenty of interest and we recommend taking prompt action when organising viewings and submitting offers.

Property viewings can be organised at times convenient for you including evenings and weekends. Often you will be accompanied by an experienced member of our lettings team who can offer advice on local amenities, schools and transport connections. They will also seek a clearer understanding of your needs enabling them to match you with other suitable homes as soon as they become available.

Once a suitable property has been found and successful offer negotiations concluded, we will require a holding deposit for referencing and administration fees. Subsequently, the property is removed from the open market, references, ID and credit checks commence via an independent referencing agency for each proposed tenant and guarantor(s) if applicable.

On receipt of satisfactory results to the referencing and Right to Rent checks, an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement will be drafted for all parties to sign. Our progression team will then request and process payment of your tenancy monies and moving day arrangements will be confirmed.

Tenant Fees and charges as outlined within our Residential Lettings Offer Acceptance Document and standard Tenancy Agreements. Value Added Tax is charged at a rate of 20%.
