Tenant Fees and charges as outlined within our Residential Lettings Offer Acceptance Document and standard Tenancy Agreements. Value Added Tax is charged at a rate of 20%.

Tenancy Administration Fee* - This fixed cost fee will cover a variety of works depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, including but not limited to property viewings, negotiating tenancy terms, verifying personal information and drafting contracts. This charge is applicable per tenancy, and not per individual tenant.
