Rebecca joined Alex Neil in the early 2000s, and as the Managing Director, she is adept in overseeing the company and its divisions to ensure fully integrated and strategically aligned operations. She is a board director and has a wide-ranging remit. Her qualifications and personal traits aligned her to fill the Regional Executive role for the industry's professional Governing Body, Propertymark. Rebecca ensures the business is held to the highest standards and leads from the front.

I've gained considerable accountancy and bookkeeping experience during my career, which I employ as Finance Director for Alex Neil. I've enjoyed working for the company since 2009. I oversee various accounting tasks, including management & landlord accounts, bookkeeping and payroll, as we crunch numbers for the business. We maintain reigns on finances in the company's and our client's interests and ensure that boxes are ticked and bills are paid promptly.

Matteo is the Residential Director of Alex Neil. A position achieved due to results and successive promotions since joining in 2016. He is responsible for all Sales and Lettings offices in London, Kent & Essex, alongside training and development. Matteo believes in the importance of dedication, discipline and attitude, which he also applies daily in his personal life. By adhering to strict training regimes and completing Ironman triathlons and marathons, he aims to complete the six majors.

Tenant Information

Refundable Holding deposit - 1 weeks rent

Security Deposit 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000

Rent - The agreed monthly rent

Changes to tenancy - £50 inc VAT

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the landlord’s financial losses

Late payment of rent Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue

Replacement keys - Reasonable costs

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated
