Development Guide information: Britannia Village is a substantial 1990s property development in Silvertown and the Royal Docks near the impressive Canary Wharf. The primary vehicle entrance is Britannia Gate, and many of the cul-de-sacs of buildings are turnings from Wesley Avenue and Evelyn Road.

Britannia Village caters to many buyers' needs and comprises starter homes, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, family-size houses and townhouses. This modern development has a nautical ambience. Royal Victoria Dock and the River Thames are directly proximate, perfect for a waterside stroll. Many properties have dock views, balconies, terraces and parking.

The Area: Britannia Village is a prime Docklands location in Royal Docks. East of Canary Wharf, the two areas are linked by comprehensive road and rail infrastructure. Predominantly a residential area, there are local schools, shops and amenities. The Excel Centre is north of Britania Village, and Thames Barrier Park is south, adjacent to the river, approximately half a mile away. Both are exciting places to visit.

Transportation: The excellent local transport links include West Silvertown (DLR) and Canning Town (Jubilee Line and DLR) stations. Custom House Station provides DLR and Elizabeth Line/Crossrail trains on the opposite side of the Royal Victoria Dock. Royal Wharf Pier allows for ferry crossings on the River Thames. Journeys by car to Central London are direct, and nearby London City Airport opens domestic and international travel options.
