The Crossrail project will bring the Elizabeth line to Custom House which will enable trains to transport people from Royal Docks to Canary Wharf in just a few minutes, making it an ideal place to live for commuters. There are Zone 3 travelcard DLR Stations conveniently located around the docks, London City Airport is very accessible. Jubilee Line connections can be found at nearby Canning Town and as you would expect there are plenty of bus, cycle and walking routes.

It has hosted events for the Paralympics and Olympics, and there are constantly new events taking place. It is served by Prince Regent and Custom House DLR stations. The latter will have the new Elizabeth line station, as part of the Crossrail project, which will provide new transport links and improve journey times.

Crossing south of the river by car, cycle or on foot can be achieved by using the free ferry service from North Woolwich to Woolwich daily crossings are frequent. Waterside living, great commute options and continued redevelopment make Royal Docks an appealing area to live in.
