Property Management Coordinator - Bow & Bethnal Green Office

We seek a Property Management Coordinator to join our established Property Management team in our prestigious Bow & Bethnal Green Office. As a Property Management Coordinator, you will open pre-tenancy files (taking up references, arranging inventories, gas safety certs & EPCs). Create rental agreements and related documents. Deal with property maintenance and work with contractors. Collect rents and ensure smooth tenancies. Keep up to date with lettings legislation and adhere to legal requirements. Furthermore, you will have the legal right to work in the UK. There is ongoing training and opportunities to progress coupled with excellent earning potential overall. Tenancy Administrator - Bow & Bethnal Green Office

This a fantastic opportunity for a Tenancy Administrator to join our established Property Management team in our Bow & Bethnal Green Office. As a Tenancy Administrator, you will be opening pre-tenancy files & taking up references. Raising rental agreements and related documents. Dealing with tenancy renewals. Registering tenancy deposits. And keep up to date with lettings legislation and adhering to legal requirements. Furthermore, you will have the legal right to work in the UK. There is ongoing training and opportunities to progress coupled with excellent earning potential overall. Salary £26,000 - £28,000 a year. Sales Negotiator - Rotherhithe & Bermondsey Office

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our established estate agency team in our market leading Rotherhithe & Bermondsey Office. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be dealing with enquiries & booking appointments, conducting viewings and booking valuations. Negotiating sales and providing sales progression assistance whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times. The candidate must have previous sales experience, be target driven, ambitious, an experienced team player, highly motivated and enthusiastic, have high service standards and good organisational skills, and be a car owner with a full driving license with business use insurance. Furthermore, you will have the legal right to work in the UK. There is ongoing training and opportunities to progress coupled with excellent earning potential overall. Fees

Tenant Information

Refundable Holding deposit - 1 weeks rent

Security Deposit 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000

Rent - The agreed monthly rent

Changes to tenancy - £50 inc VAT

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the landlord’s financial losses

Late payment of rent Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue

Replacement keys - Reasonable costs

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated
