Sales Negotiators

We are always happy to hear from talented Sales Negotiators looking to join our established estate agency team. You will deal with enquiries, book and conduct viewings, and organise valuations in your role. In addition, you are negotiating sales and providing sales progression assistance while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The candidate must have previous sales experience, be target-driven, ambitious, an experienced team player, highly motivated and enthusiastic, and have high service standards and good organisational skills. Furthermore, you will be a car owner with a full driving license with business use insurance. You will have the legal right to work in the UK. There is ongoing training and opportunities to progress and excellent earning potential overall.

Fees

Tenant Information

Refundable Holding deposit - 1 weeks rent

Security Deposit 5 weeks rent for annual rental under £50,000, or 6 weeks rent for annual rental over £50,000

Rent - The agreed monthly rent

Changes to tenancy - £50 inc VAT

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the landlord’s financial losses

Late payment of rent Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue

Replacement keys - Reasonable costs

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated
